Sinopsis:
Alicia tiene doce años, pero se comporta como si tuviera nueve. Las grandes aventuras empiezan con un pequeño paso; en su caso con un tropezón. El primer día de clase se cae de este mundo para entrar a otro: un lugar a mitad de camino entre el cielo y el infierno; justo, justo, en el límite. Al otro lado de la verja del parque de El Retiro de Madrid se abre un universo repleto de seres sobrenaturales, de monstruos, de hadas, de asustachicos, de dragones y fantasmas. Pero donde no hay unicornios: ni uno. Así que tendrá que buscarlo.
